After the death of her mom, Debbie thought life would be too painful to live, especially when she realized she had lost the recipe of one of her moms traditional desserts. Being a cancer caregiver is a tough job but someone’s got to do it! Going through cancer with a loved one can be painful enough. As a caregiver, you have to wear many different hats. From spouse to friend, nurturer to maid, cook to nurse and daughter to mom. By using theatrical one person drama, Debbie takes you with her as she remembers how her role changed from dependant "daughter" to nurturing "mother" as she shows how she and her mom found the joy in wearing different hats thrown at them throughout their cancer journey together. If we have to wear the hats we might as well have fun with them.

This 3 session women's conference focusses on the importance of the Body Of Christ.  That no matter our nationality, political stance, race, color or vaccination status, we are called to be ONE body working together to edify and encourage others.  You will learn through scripture and hilarious stories why it is important to share both your strengths and weaknesses with those around you.  This conference can be designed to be a one day retreat or two day conference.
